Q: Can children sleep in the same bed as their parents? A: Yes. Children under elementary school age stay free, while elementary school age and older children can sleep in the same bed for a 1,000 yen fee. (One child per bed is allowed.) Please note that amenities will not be provided for bed-sharing guests. Breakfast is provided as follows: Elementary school age and older: 1,100 yen Preschool children: Free
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM *Check-in time is 9:00 PM, but you can enter and exit at any time. Payment and other procedures must be completed by 11:00 PM, so please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM.
Q: Is there parking? There is parking on the hotel grounds. Q: Is there parking space for motorcycles and bicycles? We have parking spaces available for two-wheeled vehicles.
Q: Can I use the baths on a day trip? The large public baths are not available for day trips. They are a service available to overnight guests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could use a large public bath facility nearby.
Q: Is this a capsule hotel? In addition to capsule rooms, we also offer semi-double rooms, twin rooms, and other types of rooms.
